8 Week Classes
Join Lisa and Gisele in the studio and create your very own collections in 8 weeks, by hand or on the wheel.
Hand Building
When you learn to handbuilding, you get a great feel for the clay. Classes start with basic pinch pots, the foundation for all building. You'll learn how to create height with coils, and paint and carve with underglaze. Slab building is next, along with using glazes to finish your pieces. Two weeks will be devoted to independent projects which your instructor can help you develop.
Wheel Throwing
This 8-week wheel class is for every level of pottery enthusiast. You will learn foundational skills, classic throwing techniques, making galleries and lidded vessels, and using slip, underglaze and glazes to complete your beautiful pieces. You will finish feeling really comfortable on the wheel, and ready to take your next level class or become a member and hone your skills on your own time.
