Class Description

Want to try sculpting but not sure how to begin? This beginner-friendly 6-week class guides you through the basics of working in three dimensions, with the goal of completing your own sculpture. You’ll be introduced to the essential tools and materials for creating forms through the additive clay process. In a supportive classroom setting, you’ll practice hands-on techniques while also being encouraged to explore and express your individual artistic vision. Class time includes clean-up. There are no makeup classes for this session, as each class is different. If you can't make the final glaze class we can dip your pieces for you. NOTES: A minimum number of students must be enrolled for the class to proceed. We are a scent-free environment.
